Virgin River Bridge 1.4.0

The Arizona Department of Transportation has embarked on a strategic endeavor to upgrade the infrastructure by replacing the aging Virgin River Bridge No. 1 along Interstate 15 with a modernized structure. The project aims to enhance safety measures and ensure the smooth flow of commerce along the regional corridor for generations to come. Located in proximity to the community of Littlefield, this extensive bridge replacement project encompasses the replacement of abutment foundations, piers, and the bridge deck. In addition, the project includes the installation of new pavement, pavement markings, guardrails, and signage. The anticipated completion date for this vital initiative is set for May 2024.
